Commonly used floating layers and pop-ups
- Mobile Bottom Floating Bar: When enabled, quick buttons (such as one-click dialing, WhatsApp direct access) will be permanently displayed at the bottom when browsing on mobile devices. Up to 3 buttons can be added.
- Global right-side floating contact and sharing bar: Highly recommended! After checking "Enable right-side floating bar," the system will automatically generate a set of modern floating conversion buttons in the lower right corner of the website (compatible with both desktop and mobile). These buttons not only greatly shorten the communication path between you and overseas buyers, but also trigger social media virality with a single click.
- WhatsApp Instant Access: The system automatically reads the WhatsApp number you entered in your global settings. Buyers can click the green WhatsApp icon to directly initiate a conversation with their sales representative via WhatsApp.
- One-click email sending: The system will automatically read your set company contact email address. Buyers can click the blue email icon to directly send you inquiries using their local system email tool.
- Smart Share: This is a highly technological interactive module. Clicking the dark share button smoothly brings up a sharing panel to the left (using exclusive lightweight underlying animation technology, it does not affect website loading speed at all). Overseas buyers can share your product detail pages or news updates directly to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp with just one click. It's perfect for B2B buyers to quickly forward your product links to their bosses or purchasing teams!
- (The system is extremely intelligent. If you do not enter your WhatsApp number or email address in the backend, the corresponding floating button will automatically hide, and will never leave a blank dead link or dead button on the front end.)
- Cookie Consent: When enabled, a cookie authorization prompt will appear on first visit (compliant with European GDPR privacy regulations). It can be linked to the privacy policy page. Note that clicking "decline" will affect the use of Google Analytics, which is normal as users may not want Google to collect their information.
- Activity pop-up:
- Once activated, it can display important information such as "exhibition previews" and "new product launches".
- Customize pop-up text, redirect links, button text, and background color.
- [Intelligent Version Control] : The system will automatically detect your changes. Whenever the pop-up content changes, the system will automatically force a refresh of the browser cache for overseas users, ensuring that all visitors see the latest pop-up!
- Messages will be automatically forwarded to your email address: If you select this option, every new inquiry/message received on the website will be automatically forwarded to the contact email address you set in "Brand Basics," ensuring no business opportunity is missed. The sender will be Shangxian Technology's customer service email address. Alternatively, you can choose not to select this option and directly access the backend to view the information.
Third-party code injection into Google Analytics (no need to modify source files)
- Head Area Code: Paste the tracking codes for Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Pixel, etc.
- Body bottom code: Paste online customer service codes such as WhatsApp floating plugins, Zendesk/Baidu Shangqiao, etc.
